FACING A DWI CHARGE?
Hi! I'm Dale Stemple, and I help good people who get caught in a bad situation. If you've been arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or some other alcohol-related offense, you could lose your right to drive, pay a hefty fine, or go to jail. In fact, deadlines on protecting your right to drive start immediately after an arrest.
Knowledge is power. The best way to get guidance on your specific legal issue is to contact an experienced attorney who can communicate with you. In addition to protecting your right to drive, a lawyer may challenge other aspects of a DWI or DUI charge, including a blood or breath test and whether you should have been stopped in the first place.
To schedule a meeting with me, please call or contact me online as soon as possible.
Driver's License Suspension Deadlines
You must request a DPS driver's license hearing within 15 days of the arrest.
You have 40 days beginning with arrest date before your driver's license is suspended.
Note: An ALR hearing is often our first chance to challenge any evidence that may be used against you.
